All the census returns suggest that Moses was born in 1817 in the Selattyn area but the record of his baptism has proved to be elusive. His parents, Moses Edwards & Elizabeth Roberts, were married in Llangollen on 11.09.1803 where the parents were recorded as John & Sarah Edwards and Edward & Lowry Roberts. |
