                  (marriage possibly took place at  St Peter, Dublin  on  31 May 1841   –   just before the 1841 census)

Buenos Ayres) and his wife  Annie Orr (27)  and  children Annie E F (3)  and  John C S (1)  (both children born in Bombay, India) and  one servant (nurse)   at  Colville Terrace West, Kensington, London.

 1898        Death of Sarah McCay, age 76y,  of   13 Westbourne Gardens, Paddington   –   bur.   4 Feb 1898.

 1898        Death of Anne Simmons, age 79y,   at   Karenza, Cheltenham on 22 Sep 1898.   (Karenza was where her daughter, Kate Ethel Farran, was living.  Two weeks earlier Kate's husband, Sir Charles Frederick Farran, had died in Bombay.  She soon left  Karenza as the  1901 census shows Kate Ethel living with six of her children at her new home – Ombersley, Hatherley Rd, Cheltenham)
